Breath is the most direct link to your nervous system, it is the only mechanism in the body that allows us to have conscious control over the state of our body. The state of your breath influences the state of your being. When your breath is stuck in the chest, short or restricted, you feel scattered, out of control and ungrounded, this then is reflected in your life. Learn to use your breath to create change within yourself and those around you.
